After earning two degrees from University of Missouri, Ed enjoyed a long career with Westin Hotels & Resorts. Subsequently, Ed was a partner and Senior Vice President, Sales & Marketing at Coastal Hotel Group, a collection of independent hotels and resorts in the Pacific Northwest and Central California. More recently, as VP of eCommerce with TPG Hotels & Resorts, Ed had oversight for a portfolio of 56 properties comprising eight major brands from Boston to Santa Monica.
Today, Ed is a sought-after speaker around marketing, leadership, generational mindsets and service excellence. He frequently guest lectures at his alma mater and other university hospitality management programs.
